Community Action Against Addiction [CAAA] primary clinic doctor - dr. jerome williams and a counselor named kathleen boone

Dr.Jerome Williams was fired from Cleveland Clinic at Fairview in Cleveland, Ohio for being a Sexual Predator. He has a predilection for heavily pregnant women. He was hired by C.A.A.A. at some point prior to October 5th, 2008 and was later indicted for his crimes, He was fired by the clinic in February 2011. Then brought back, he took that as an opportunity to continue to demoralize the clients at the clinic.
Eventually in 2017 he was no longer allowed to treat any pregnant woman.

The clinic hired two female doctors to care for them. Although the rest of us, are forced to go to him. Which means we will often let things go in an effort to avoid this monster.
He has a God complex and is a very filthy minded person. For instance, in February 2018 during a yearly exam he asked me about the last Pap smear I'd had.
Only he didn't use those words.

He said and I quote " When you gonna let someone get at that thing down there? ".
This caused me great embarrassment and I didn't know how to handle this, other than act like he'd not spoken in such a manner. I told him It had been about twenty years since last pap smear. He has also caressed my abdomen during the exams in a very intimate manner.

Even though a nurse is always present. He doesn't care who sees him doing or saying anything. He really thinks, no one can stop him. There are also many other issues I've got with him, and his seemingly favorite counselor Kathleen Boone. Together these two have caused me my mental anguish. And I'm leaving the clinic as soon as I can be tapered off of it. Although I need this program very much, I can no longer ignore and endure the abuse coming from Dr.Jerome Williams and Kathleen Boone.

Community Action Against Addiction [CAAA] Allowing drug abuse during Methadone Treatment

My wife is in the Methadone program and continuing to use heroin. The drug testing is a joke as they are allowing patients to go into the bathroom alone. This is letting her pass urine which is not hers. She is filling a cup with someone else urine so she can continue to abuse. The patients get in their own click and this is how they figure out the system.

Dr.Jerome Williams and Kathleen Boone a counselor are the reasons that clinic should be shutdown. She has no business being allowed to act as a counselor, she is very miserable person at the best and a psychopath at the worst. Dr.Williams was fired from Cleveland Clinic at Fairview because of his sexual fetish of pregnant women. He's been indicted multiple times to. The Community Action Against Addiction methadone clinic had to hire two female health care workers to treat the pregnant women there. He'd finally touched the wrong one, she raised hell and he was replaced. Although he is stil! practicing there!. He is such a horrible man, no client want near him..male or female. Pregnant or not. He runs that p!ace through sheer dominance and fear mongering!. And I'M one those two have abused for to long, I found this site because I'm looking for the proper place to turn them in to. They can't be allowed to get away with abusing clients any longer.

The Meth Program should never be long term, especially 21 years as one posted. It is an addictive drug and should be weened off in a reasonable time, not years later. Yes, they are getting by the tests. My son and his then wife taped many bags of urine to their legs and they even had take homes of meth so they could put it in the urine, which needed to be there. I think they may be getting stricter now and watching people piss, but has not been the case in the past. For my son, this has been a hold over drug until he can get more heroine. This program just adds another addictive drug. Should never be a life time supply. If you can't ween off meth after a period of time then you should detox off it. I hope they close these clinics for they are a joke. The man about his wife, you got it right. Don't listen to all the ones enjoying their lifetime supply and have no intentions to ever get off it!

look, you are straight up lying!. I've never been allowed to take a urine test alone. Nor would it work to tape a bag to your leg!. You and the guy that says people are getting by with taking urine tests alone do not go there!. You do not know the procedures inplace. We have female nurses looking right between our legs and the men have male nurses watching them take out their penis to pee in the cup!. As for calling it "meth" no, that's a whole different drug. If you want to come here and complain, fine, but you should ONLY do so if you are an actual client. We are the only ones that truly understand it. I hate that place, because of Dr.Williams and Kathleen Boone. Yet, I do know its services are needed, but it needs to be ran by someone that isn't a sexual predator. Anyone can find the truth out about him. Anyone that's dealt with boone knows she's out to hurt her clients more than anything.

I too am on methadone and have been for 21 years. It saved my life in so many ways. I almost destroyed my fathers business with stealing money. He was ready to kill me and himself. I am very happy to say that the best part of my life was the past 18 or 19 years. It took some time to adjust and change the stinkin-thinkin. So the first year or so she may get better but won't be perfect. She didn't become a professional drug addict overnight, so same goes for her recovery. Don't allow people to shame her because she chose methadone as appose to a 12-step program. They both work and this is how I can describe the difference between drugs & alcohol; take a sheet of paper and right in the middle draw a horizontal line. Well normal people's feelings are right there in the middle with exceptions of times where they're are extremely happy their mood will go an inch or so above that line. And times of sorrow or slight depression as the mood goes below that normal point. Opiates make a normal person go from that middle of the road point to the top of the page that is a feeling of utter euphoria. After awhile they crash down to a a few inches under what normal is. Then they can't stop craving that euphoria so they get high again. And the next crash is even lower then the last. However each high the euphoria is good but it too gets lower with each time. So eventually they are basically using just to feel normal. Alcohol gets you high, but never that high. This is the same with crack. These two drugs are extremely powerful in the way that they act in the brain. That's why methadone Works great for all opiates. Unfortunately not for crack. Methadone blocks any euphoria from any opiate used. So eventually the user will stop using because they realize they are just wasting there money. I had surgery and was taking Vicodin ES and thank God I felt no euphoria but it still took the pain away. Methadone is a GOD SEND. I own my home it's $180, 000 paid for as of 2009, I have an office building and tenants, etc. If methadone didn't exist I'd be dead I believe or in some flop house somewhere drooling on myself. I too do NOT BELIEVE ANYONE AT THE CLINIC WOULD JEOPERDIZE THERE JOB SO A CLIENT COULD GET A CLEAN URINE. NO WAY. i realize any things possible and the people that work there are human and you got pieces of crap in every profession. But I just don't see where a worker would benefit. Cuz I'm sure your wife ain't rich that's usually what gets us all to the methadone clinic. Just sick and tired of chasing around to get high or normal.

I know for a fact that people are not allowed to go into the bathroom alone to do urine screnes at CAAA. I am a client there. The methadone program at CAAA saved my life. There is always ways around drug tests. It does not matter what program you attend. It sounds like your wife is not ready to stop using, and it sounds like you have a lot of resentments. You should stop blaming CAAA for your problems. If your wife is not ready to stop using heroin, then there is nothing you or anyone else can do. Believe me if she continues to use, she will get caught, and she will be taken off the program. It is only a matter of time. I dont know what I would do without the help from CAAA. I am going to school and I am on the path to a better life. Finally, I found a treatment that works for me.

YOUR WIFE'S DISHONESTY IS NOT REFLECTIVE OF WHAT THIS PRORGAM IS ABOUT. HAVE YOU SPOKEN WITH HER COUNSELOR? WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO HELP IN TERMS OF FAMILY COUNSELING? IN MONITORING IT IS IMPERATIVE TO MAINTAIN THE DIGNITY OF THE HUMAN BEING. A POSSIBLE SOLUTION WOULD BE TO CONTACT HER COUNSELOR AND ASK THAT A SWAB TEST BE GIVEN. REGARDLESS, IF SHE IS USING ILLICIT DRUGS IN CONJUNCTION WITH HER MEDICATION, IT SEEMS INCUMNBENT UPON YOU TO HELP TO TRY TO SAVE YOUR WIFE'S LIFE. SHE IS SICK WITH A DEVASTATING DISEASE. WHAT WOULD BE THE SOLUTION IF THIS LIFE SAVING PROGRAM WAS NOT AVAILABLE? YOUR EFFORTS DID NOT SUCCEED OR ELSE SHE WOULD NOT BE IN MMT. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO TRY TO HELP HER AND WORK WITH HER COUNSELOR. BEING CRITICAL OF A PROGRAM THAT HELPED SAVE HER LIFE MAY NOT BE AN OPTIMAL SOLUTION. WOULD YOU ADVISE THAT SHE BE BARRED FROM MMT? THEN SHE MIGHT DIE AND YOU WOULD HAVE NO COMPLAINT. CORRECT? LASTLY, URINES ARE MONTIROED BY COUNSELORS. SHE MAY HAVE PREVARICATED OR CONFABULATED HER STORY.

Community Action Against Addiction [CAAA] - non professional staff

My brother has been on this prgram for quite sometime. Lately we have noticed there is drug dealing going on in the parking lot, with secuity on the inside. Not paying attention. This complaint is mostly about staff! There are many times we have seen the women on the staff from the offices goffing off with the client, s actually wrestling with the client...
