Food Basics

Sunday September 17th I went to food basics on Geneva St (St Catharines, Ontario, Canada) as the “Flipp” app Indicated chicken wings (Selection brand) was on sale for 12.99. In the store it listed $13.99. I talked to an employee and they indicated they cannot price match or honour the price listed on the flyer (on Flipp) even though it’s their own store. Sure it’s not a big difference ($1) but false advertising is not cool.
