This is in regards to the Port Colborne store.

I wish to be Contacted regarding this complaint.

I have Never received such terible servuce and wish to further escalate. I spike with tge store manager and altough im sure she will follow up with this cashuere, i need thus further escalated. Im wishing to go as high as posible even media.

The Port Colborne Food Basic has staff stalking shelves with their masks not on their face properly. Saw two while shopping with the mask covering the mouth but had the nose exposed. Also saw a staff member with no mask at all.
With Covid19 still active and masks now mandatory and as a shopper at the food basics it appalls me that staff would be so careless
