Bought a new washer and dryer which were delivered and installed promptly. Washer began spilling water on the floor. Contacted CAS who ignore the email then when sales person replied, stated we have to contact the manufacturer. We did, two weeks later a technician came to the house and diagnosed that the washer was delivered broken with a burnt out motor. We contacted CAS who did not answer the question about quality control testing and refused to replace the unit and insisted we go through the manufacturer who stated it will take three weeks minimum to get, deliver and install a new motor. Meanwhile, we are without a washing machine for 7 weeks.
Desired outcome: Replacement of the defective unit with one that functions
