Food Basics - Grocery-cucumber
We purchased mini cucumbers from Food Basics (7070, Saint Barbara Blvd, Mississauga, ON, Canada) today (14th November 2022), and once I started unpacking I noticed white fungus like substance on one of the cucumbers which I threw out, as I have read that it is a toxin/ mold that grows on food that has gone bad, and is harmful for human consumption. I have attached the receipts and the cucumber which had the white fungus. Kindly look in to the matter of food safety and I would like some feedback from your end.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and feedback as I don't want it to happen again.
