Shoppers Drug Mart - Unethical behavior from the employee "Kaitlyn". (Not sure if that's actually her name since she hid her tag) )

I was shopping in store going down almost every aisle just killing time and also taking my time to compare products, prices, etc, and all of a sudden a blonde woman employee I had not seen the entire time shopping begins to "slowly creep" behind me in the store, constantly looking into the basket I was carrying. I thought nothing of it at first but then it was beciming too obvious when I went to the pet section in the far back corner and there she comes too, just pretending to organize products and staring at me way too much. It was uncomfortable and I felt like she thought I was stealing or something, which I obviously was not. I should not feel singled out in a store while shopping. Any how, I was done shopping but realized my phone was dead so I went back to the luxury beauty department where I had 6 items waiting for me, and so that is where I have to checkout, and I told the beauty lady that I have to run to my car quick to charge it so that I can get the 20x points offer (I have almost $200 in products in my basket).
She said yes of course and to leave my stuff next to the cash and that's what I did. So then I walk outside and I see the blonde employee from earlier literally RUN to the doors and I'm parked right in front with my car facing the windows and so I get in my car thinking *what the...* as she runs actually OUTSIDE and is just staring at me like I'm a criminal. Then she proceeds to obviously stare down my license plate and then pulls out her phone and starts typing. At this point I cant take it anymore so I go inside and ask her if there's a problem and she says "no why?" and then I tell her because you've been following me, then ran outside when I went outside and then took down my license plate. She was disgustingly rude and arrogant and ignored my questions. I then asked her what her name is since I couldn't see it because she had her sweater over top her shirt that has the name tag, and she refused to tell me it or show me it. I asked a few more times and then she leaned forward and said "My name IS KATE-LYN" (she really paused between Kate and Lyn). Then she asks me, "why did you put your basket behind the beauty counter?" to which I answered "because I told the lady I need to charge my phone in my car to be able to scan the app for points" and she gave me a look like she didn't believe me. This was humiliating and unfair, since I'm about to go back in and spend upwards of $200.
I went in to shoppers with the expectation of having a pleasant ant shopping experience, not a horribly awkward one where I felt victimized by Kaitlyn for treating me like a thief and then writing down my license plate. So not cool, Katelyn.

Desired outcome: An "I'm sorry our employee has no manners" gift card would suffice.
