I'm fed up with members being allowed to walk about the gym floor without a mask!
This is a serious matter that is not being treated as such and is putting everyone's health and safety at risk and I don't appreciate it. The staff and manager at 185 The West Mall Etobicoke claim to be doing all they can but I'm watching and they are not policing or penalizing anyone for their blatant disrespect of the safety protocols put in place to keep everyone safe including the violators. Having a mask slung under your chin or having it worn any other way other than covering your nose, mouth and chin are unacceptable. I often see this is public places but don't want to see it in a private club of which I pay a membership for and have since 2005.
