WeatherTech Direct - Did not receive my order
On May 31, 2020, I ordered a sunshade and cover for my car.
As the item did not arrive, I called WeatherTech Canada after 2 months.
I was told that it was being manufactured and it would arrive in 2 weeks. Again, it did not arrive!
I emailed a month and a half ago with no response.
Today, I left a voicemail.
It is going on 3 months and I cannot get hold of anyone at WeatherTech.
Resolved
I called WeatherTech early this morning. As it turned out, the order was on a different screen. I cancelled the order. The employee emailed me a screenshot to show the cancellation. Covid-19 is causing havoc with their orders as many staff work from home at this time.
