KFC

My wife and I are both diabetics we do not eat fries, kfc salads or corn. When I requested a variety bucket and asked for the chicken only I was told that it came with sides. I explained I did not want sides because I could not eat them, I asked could I please get just chicken. I was told it only came with the sides as that was the way the computer was set up. I asked if I could have a discount seeing as I could not eat half of the food, I was told no. This type of situation has happened several times before with me paying for the sides and throwing them in the garbage before leaving the store. Enough is enough when a customer is forced to pay for what they can not eat or go hungry something is wrong.
Please stop sending the sales brochure that requires a app it is a waste of a perfectly good tree as neither my wife or I have or will ever get your app.
The staff on all of our negative trips have been good.
