I bought 24 tablets of cephalexin in Shoppers Drug Mart since we have more than what we need, I went back to Mervyn Dube Pharmaceuticals LTD. in Shopper Drug Mart to return it back with a copy of the receipt. The Pharmacist told me that we cannot return it back even though we are still within 30 days return period. We need your help before I file a complaint to the consumer protection services.
Desired outcome: refund the money that I paid.
