Intelcom Express - Still no package delivered after 4 attempts. Driver does not call me.

My friend is trying to send me an engagement gift from the UK.
Tracking number: INTLCMA824695378
She bought it from Amazon June, 22nd 2020 and they have used Intelcom Express as their courier service.
She placed the order over 1 month ago and I still have not receieved my parcel, it has been so stressful to constantly ring about the update, especially as I have to wait in the queue for 15-20 minutes everytime to speak to somone.
Intercom customer service said they tried to deliver the package the first time and said the address was wrong - it was not the wrong address, I confirmed it was correct when I called.
2nd delivery attempt, they said they could not deliver because of a wrong phone number, also incorrect and I did not receive any calls and confimed my cell number was correct on the notes during the call.
3rd delivery attempt - again they said wrong address.
I have called customer service over 10 times now to see what is wrong and everytime I speak with someone, they tell me nothing has been updated on their system so everyone I have been speaking with has been a waste of time.
I drove to the warehouse to pick it up but they would not allow me because of covid.
This has been such a stressful, horrible experience.
I do not know if I will even get my package.
So unorganized! They should at least let me pick it up and wear a mask under these circumstances.

Intelcom Express - Amazon.ca package delivery

Against my indications the drivers continue to drop the packages on the front steps in plain view from the street with lots of foot trafic (bus station only few feet away). On few occasions didn't even bother to ring the bell. If I am lucky to be home then i get the package, but if i am at work the package doesn't last not even for an hour. I have repeatedly indicated to customer service that I need the package to be delivered according to my indications. Only once was the package delivered according to my instructions. I understand that Intelcom has a high attrition rate, but they should be more organized and give the instructions to the new drivers.
