Circle K

April 30, 2021. I always stop by Circel K to buy drinks and snacks. It has happened 3 time over the last 2 months that when I redeemed electronic coupons, the people behind the counter said mean things about me while I left the store. I have heard "we should stop her from getting free stuff" or "coupons bring cheap people here" etc. Regular purchases from this store is ok, but I get insulting comments from store staff when I use a coupon. I am sure there are other customers experienced the same thing as I did .
Today is even worse. The cashier told me their scanner is broken and cannot scan coupons. And their cash register is also broken, it will not accept coupons. I ended up just paid for my order. The cashier said to the other staff "See, you can stop people using coupons" when I openned the store door to leave. They think customers are stupid. If a scanner is broken, it will not scan anything, not just electronic bar code. And what a lie that the cash register cannot process coupon transactions. I don't have problems with any other stores. This particular store is horrible. It put Circle K in shame. I am so tempted to record what they did with my spy recorder pen and put it on youtube. I didn't do so because I don't want to be unfair to Circle K just because this one partiuclar store is a black sheep.
