I dont know where to start. We chose this pretty engagement ring, which started dropping little diamonds out soon after. For two years we returned it so often it was in for repairs MORE than it was on my finger. Meanwhile, like idiots, we ordered a matching wedding band. that went "missing" after the order and needed very stressful complaining and ramping...

Zamel Faulty product

I purchased diamond ring from Zamel but few weeks into the use diamond has fallen off it. Luckily I was able to find it and took both ring and the diamond to Zamel to ask for repairs or exchange. Store manager told me that they will look into it but soon I received a reply saying that I was the one to blame for this fault. I didn’t agree with them but still they refused to give me refund.
