Phone calls stating that my husband took out a payday loan
A Gentleman called my parents phone number asking for my husband. We never use my parents number for anything. I called the number back and this guy said it was for another name and then said oh I'm sorry then quoted my husbands name and stated that my husband took out a loan for $400.00 and that he was paying on it for 6 months then went to collection...

They called me today, Oct 11, 2019, roughly 10 minutes ago. They said I took a loan out, that I work at some store I do NOT work at, gave me the last four digits of an account number I've never had and have listed at an address I do NOT live at. they said they were suing me for $800 and could face charges up to but not limited to $5000 from court fees, lawyer fees, and more. What do I do?

I have tried to talk to VIP LOAN over the phone, now by email to no avail. How or why did you put 300.00 in our account. We did not made a loan to vip loans shop. Took out a loan for four hundred dollars. Since it wasnt paid in full by the next payday, they kept taking and taking and taking and taking until we spent over 1000 dollars on this loan, plus the 400. Do not ever use this company. If you need a payday loan, use advance america. They are the only ones that I have found to be 100 percent legit. Also, dont use anasazi or global group. They r all scammers!

This company is a TOTAL RIP OFF! You try to pay off the loan and they keep taking money from your account! What they do is take only the interest.
