We waited for the 17:33 bus from Bakewell, which never turned up. The 17:55 didn't turn up either. I called Traveline, who said it was due to staff sickness, but other people have complained that missed buses happen a lot. It is utterly disgusting that this service seems to continually let travellers down. Were it not for the X71 turning up at 18:20, we...

On 24th of December at 17:24 we have been trying to stop a 218 TM Travel bus in Abbeydale road bus stop, bus bus driver only showed some sort of sign and past us, despite bus being empty. Because of this we had to call taxi and pay 16 pounds to get to the pub on time for our reservation. I would like to get refund for the expanses we got because of this. I have wrote an email to the company, but still haven't received an answer

HI, my Complaint is that a TM Driver will not let me on the 525 from Sheffield to Eckington, because l did Complaint before last month asking me that eating Chips on the bus was not aloud, but l was eating Crisps at the back of the bus, but l was not eating chips that day it was to take home. I did buy the Chips from down the Moore in Sheffield to take home...
