Inadequate and Not frequent, over rush buses
This is regarding complaint against frequency of bus operating from Tambaram to Thiruvanmiyur (Bus no: 91, 91V, B21). These buses are coming only at the gap of half an hour, that too with heavy rush. This is the prime route covering so many IT companies and colleges. AC buses are also coming with heavy rush, wherein people are not able to board even at the next stop from Tambaram. the behavior of conductor and gents boarding the bus are not at all fair. There is no proper schedule that we could manipulate we could get bus at this time. Our suggestion is kindly increase the frequency of these buses in this route Tambaram - chromepet- eechangadu - kamachi hospital - thiruvanmiyur. Also please increase the number of buses running in this route atleast at the peak hours in morning and evening. Even I am not able to submit complaint in the portal http://www.mtcbus.org/suggestions.asp
Bus never comes in time, no proper frequency of bus,no timing management
