Good Day It has taken us 3 months (and counting) to simply replace a Makro store card that has gone missing. I visited the Woodemead store to cancel the card etc. as directed. I was dealing with Ziona at the time and was then told that the account was cancelled and not just the card. I was then told to complete a stack of paperwork and return. Hi, I went to the Makro Woodmead store to purchase the above mentioned tv. The staff of the store was firstly not helpful at all the guy wasted our time and after waiting for over an hour he tells us that they dont have any stock available but when I called in this morning 19 March 2018 a lady confirmed that they had stock hence I went to that store. The guy who had helped us said that the Germiston Makro store has stock which was already 17H45 at that time and there was no way we could get there at that time.
