Lying cheating dishonest company. You may be the customer service rep - but you know what is going on. It must be a [censor] job to do this all day long.

The web site is a fraud - here is how it works.

1. They lie by implying to people you are from canada (Or your home country) - they aren't
2. They lie by saying they have the shoes on their website - they don't
3. They lie by posting the cost of the shoes - but that is not the cost - they add some [censor] exchange rate that is not explained on the site
4. They lie by saying the shoes will arrive in a few days - they don't
5. After weeks they send some crap chinese replacement - not close to what you ordered - then they say "sorry too expensive to return it!"
6. They lie by saying their warehouse person made a mistake - they didn't - they never had the shoes in the first place.
7. Their web site is a lie - all they have are pictures of shoes - they don't have the real shoes
8. After tons of emails - they tell you to go and sell the crappy shoes they sent you - and offer you some token refund.

This is just one big scam - and if you do a search on their website and so called company - you will see that they have done this over and over and the world is catching on. They are going to have to make a new lying web site as the one they have is dying.

So sorry for our warehouse worker's mistake,

After our manager negotiation we hope you can accept our partial refund 10% of your total payment,

And than stop this transaction, as if you sent it back you will cost a lot of shipping fee

And custom tax and it also maybe lost during return, it is not deserved.

I want to take a lying cheating company like yours down and stop you from ripping off someone else. The way you treat customers is sickening. Mastercard needs to hear about this - and so does all the internet reviews.
