I ordered an item from Furnituremart.SG on 26/12/2017. Based on their system, (Calendar) there are open slots for delivery on 30/12 and 31/12 therefore I selected 30/12. Next day, one of their Admin or whichsoever, Ms Koo, whatsapp-ed me, to inform me that their delivery is quite full on 30/12. I was puzzled and asked why didnt they block the date since fully booked. I am fine though and the lady, Ms Koo was kind enough to schedule delivery on 31/12, the following day with no charges. 28/12, she informed me that they will contact me one day before (30/12) to reconfirm on the delivery timing... / failed delivery time

Requested time of delivery: 1630 hours to 1700 hours 28/11/2012 Received a call from the company they will deliver it between 1730 hours to 1800 hours. It was 1915 hours, Waited for nothing. Till i felt so frustrated, So I called up the furniture mart singapore, tried all the numbers, but no answer. Then after a few minutes, I received a call from LYN. Told her thaf til this moment the mattress hasnt been delivered. She straight away told me there's a delay because its raining... But then, where's the courtesy call? They should have called and told me that they'll be late. Then she... / horrible service

Furniture Mart provides the worst service ever - delivered a defective coffee table that has one leg so much shorter than the rest resulting in a terribly unstable product. While promising to deliver a replacement the delivery man kept postponing the agreed delivery time and failed to show up, despite the fact that I had taken leave from work to wait for him every single time. There is obviously zero communication among the sales, logistics and after-sales departments. Nobody ever answers the sales or after-sales hotline and the mailbox is always full so nobody can ever leave a message. Can I...
