fiddlerman.com They didn't provide the code

I decided to start the violin course on the website www.fiddlerman.com. I joined the website and it was mentioned that almost all videos were for free, but for some I needed to pay. I transferred money and after that I waited for the confirmation code, but no one provided it. Also the customer service didn’t reply to my emails. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

I was shopping for my first violin last summer on fiddlerman.com online store and saw video reviews of violins there and contacted them. I would not recommend this site as it was waste of my time and big sum of money. I just learned that I have to check the site before using it for the first time.

fiddlerman.com Don't contact them – rude replies and no help at all

I bought violin and decided to use the lessons on the website www.fiddlerman.com. I registered on the website and decided to contact one guy from the videos. I was really surprised, when I got rude and impolite reply. He advised me to stop scamming him, but I didn’t do it. Also he promised to block me if I contacted him again. Please leave comments about this website, because people should be aware that staff from this website is rude and unhelpful.
