Poor customer service
I was shipped a x-360 electric scooter. When I went to put it together the battery cover plate was broken, the seat post was missing, the plastic frame was cracked and the electric control unit was bad. I called the company to find out what they would do. Well they are shipping me new parts that I get to put together for them. I asked if it could be shipped...
