Click Money charges

I paid $2.00 for a Google start up kit. Then they sign you up to all these trials you didn't want and you are unable to cancel them, even if you sign into them. Such scammers.Their customer service number doesn't work, these people are ###.

i have tried to contact them also on all the numbers and even the email address [protected]@cshelp.org
that they have supplied on all the other complaints. but still no response the phone numbers supplied dont connect to anyone? i have also visited the site for concerns at least 10 times and emailed but to date still no one replies.

i have read on all these complaints the same bull ### email at the bottom from the click money online customer support well still no response so dont just cut and paste this please i would like that customer support person to contact me at [protected]@bigpond.com so i can get back the money you and your so called company stole from me.

KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS CLICK MONEY FAST ARE MONEY SCAMMERS AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Click Money and yours is gone, I work hard for my money and try to support internet sellers but these thieves have stolen money from my account by removing unauthorised amounts 1 - 2 times per month. I usually shop via the net but most likely will not do it again due to these type of people, honest brokers should help to remove these people as this will effect their internet sales by people no longer trusting the net. What more can I say, the low lifes have got me and in 10 years of net shopping this is the first, apart from burn in hell what more can I say, Governments try harder to eliminate these low lifes. Cheers.

No - sorry thats not good enough. The T&Cs is carefully hidden on the second page of the web site - and if you live in the UK you have to call America to cancel things - if you get through that is.

Its disgraceful - no where else do you automatically buy something you havn't ordered and have to cal someone to cancel it WITIN 3 DAYS.

There are no commitments with the free product you ordered however there are bonus free trial periods to membership websites that accompany the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated several times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and the thank you email, it is then also explained in the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. We offer the trial periods to give our clients a chance to use the services and see the value of them for themselves before they are billed for them. The trial periods are free for 7-30 days from the order date depending on which bonuses apply and we would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period as it is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.

The following is the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer (the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy links can be found on every page of the sales ad):

Bonus Material Terms and Termination.
By purchasing this product, you agree to adhere to the termination agreement as outlined on the order page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email, which is that you, the buyer, are not entitled to a refund of the upfront cost of any shipping and handling that may or may not have been charged to you for delivery of said product. I also agree to the 14 day and 21 day bonus trials to the Fast Gov Grants™ and Network Agenda™ for $14.95 a month and $9.95 a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy | Terms & Conditions. For questions, call [protected], anytime 24 hours a day."

Click Money™ comes with a 7 day free trial to our member’s website where we offer one on one live chat assistance and it teaches users how to make money using Google’s AdWords and AdSense Programs. Customers can use these programs to create Google AdWord-based Advertisements and place ads on Google searches using Google AdWords. They can do this either for their own sites or they can use Google AdSense to funnel traffic through their sites to other sites and get paid for the traffic they generate.

Click Money™ also comes with two fast action bonuses:
First is a 14 day free trial to our Fast Gov Grants™ Site, which offers access to one of the largest grant data bases where you can find both government and private foundation grantors. It offers information from Dr. Porter who is a licensed and certified grant writer. The information that is offered through our member’s website is more extensive than what other companies sell in coaching programs that cost thousands of dollars, so we feel that we are offering our clients the best value in the industry. After the trial period, it is a reduced monthly membership fee of $14.95 because you are already a member of another of our programs.

Click Money fraud

I got scammed twice in the same day so you know just how mad I am right now. I ordered the CD for 1.95 shipping (that's all I had to pay) then I get my bank statement and this company took an additional unauthorized $ 129.95. I called the company at [protected] and spoke to Jenny (first) about my complaint. She tried to sell me a lifetime membership with clickmoney. I wanted my money back. Jenny transferred me to her supervisor Christina. I told her the same thing. I agreed to the 1.95 for shipping and that's what was on te website but not to the unauthorized $ 129.95 taken from my bank account. Christina tried to sell me a membership also but I interupted and said no, I wanted my money back and to cancel everything they signed me up for. She took my information, cancelled everything, gave me 2 confirmation numbers and said I would be getting my refund and to allow 10 buisness days.
I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General.

This company is just pure scam, I clicked on for a free trial last year, november time and like all the other complaints, trued to cancel it straight away and they took over £100 from my account, which was not mentioned and now i just looked at my account and they took a further £30.

Being a student, cannot afford this and want my money back but have struggled with any repsonse. has anyone had any luck at all. I will be closing my account now and do need this hassle in the middle of exams .

Our company provides customer service for some Click Money programs, but as there are several companies out there that teach Search Engine Marketing, it is difficult to determine if the program you ordered is one that we represent based on the limited information provided in the complaint.

Hi Mays & Florent,
I got done by Clickmoney over the Xmas period also.
I signed up for the 'free' trial on Dec 22nd, got the confirmation email, which was fine, but this email never referred to a 3-day trial or the 129.95 amount that would be deducted if you did not cancel during this time.
But then I got billed for 129.95 on 29th Dec, no second email to accompany this.
On seeing your complaints online, I just called now, spoke with Dustin, and he was both polite and helpful.
Apparently, the details are on the order page, but in my opinion they should have been on the email also, as well as a copy of the T&C.
He has now cancelled all subscriptions with the company and I should have a refund within 3-5 working days.
I have Just received emails with confirmation numbers relating to the cancellations & refund.
Thanks again to both of you for taking the time to post your complaints - really helped me!

Hello Mays,

I have the same problem, I agreed to pay just $2, 50 for the trial version to see what the software is like. But I never agreed for any other payments.
Could you please tell me what happened with your problem? If did they give you your money back? What will I have to do to get my money back and close my account to not have any other problems with this company?

Click Money Unable to contact

I have purchaced the 7 day trial of click money, but unlike the other complaints I did recieve the CD which I purchased for $!.99, after the seven day trial I would be charged $59.99 a month plus there 2 affilate programs to try for 7 days (I think it was $14.99 a month for each, I don't have the affilliate information at hand but I think it can be found in in the attachments of this complaint. My 7 days is almost up I hav'nt had time to set anything up. They cannot charge me any more because I used a unemployment debt card which only had $4.00 left on it, but I knew I didn't have time right now to do any thing so I called to cancel the program. when I called the message on the phone said to have my member ID number ready no one ever picked up the call.I am attaching all of the information I have including the mailing envelope it was sent in, my adress is blocked only because I was'nt sure if it would be information for the public to see. I am curious if this is the same Company as the other complaints. I feel really bad for all the people that have been ripped off by this company so I hope the information I have sent might be of some help to them.I originally logged this complaint under SEARCH MARKETING PROGAM where you will find the attachment to this complaint. Which shows th CD and instructons and some other information!

This Company did emediately contact me and resolved the problem I had! I really don't know the reason why I was unable to contact them but the important thing is it was resolved and they were very helpful. In the future when the time is better for me I may enter this prrogram agian. For those that got charged fee's I would have to say that the information of the charges were there in the signup. Unless someone is trying to copy there program to rip people off. that could be the reason the CD was never recieved. If that was the case then it needs to be investigated to find out who is using clickmoney's site. To the person that commented on being gullable, I did do the research on this company! I found no problems with this program, there was for some reason a contact problem. It was resolved
