Charm PJ Design (S) Pte. Ltd. Two items I received

Both dresses were far too large, despite my ordering small sizes. Also there is no way to return the items and get a refund. The company does not respond to emails although on their website they request anyone wanting a refund to write them an email first.

They do not provide return vouchers. There is no way anyone can get their money back.

This company should be investigated. It advertises liberally on Facebook and I am sure many people have been taken in by their attractive clothing designs. But there are many complaints against the company if you check online.

Charm PJ Design (S) Pte. Ltd. I tried to return a few items

On July 5, 2016, I received the package I had sent via Air Mail to Charm PJ Design ( s ) PTE LTD, 9 Airlane Road Cargo Agent Blgd D #0-24 Singapore 819827, which they had given for returns

I sent back the skirt and head dress, none of which fit. I supplied measurements, which they require to process an order. It reached the address on April 18, 2016, the Post Office in Singapore put their stamp on it, however, they did not put a reason for the return or whether CHARMS PJ DESIGN ( S ) 9 Airlane road Cargo Agent, Bldg. D # 0-24, Singapore 819827

How do I get my money back, plus, not have to pay for the air mail again.
