Received the two "trees" purchased just a week ago. FedEx delivered to wrong place, but I understand that is not the fault of the seller. The trunks on these "trees" are no bigger around than my little finger and I have small hands. There was just a tassel of leaves [less than 10?] at the top of each tree. There are bamboo sticks holding up the "trunk" - the bamboo is bigger than the tree. I ordered two different palm trees that were advertised as "hardy" and I live well within the growing zone supplied by the retailer. I read all of the reviews and they all talked about how each of these trees was growing even in zones farther north than mine. I received the trees and planted them according to instruction. The following week we had a couple of days in the teens which killed the palm trees. I did NOT purchase the no fault coverage and understood that they may only give me a 50% store credit. Brighter Bloom Nursery advertises 7-10 day shipping timeline. I called o the 12th day (Wednesday) after placing my order and was told that it MAY BE ship by the end of the following week or possibly even later . So they pretty much lie to you about their timeline.It takes 3-4 weeks to ship the plans !!! I had to cancel both of my order. I would prefer to give my 400 dollars to someone who actually cares.

Purchase a 3 gallons, Autumn Embers Encore Azalea for $54.95 and paid $16.95 for shipping. Received a plant with many holes and dark brown spots on leaves (both sides) and branches. Called the company and spoke to Brian (brian AT Sent him 3 photos of the plant via internet email. Described in my email that the plant is contaminated with fungus ( brown spots ) and ask for either exchange or refund. I purchased four Emerald Green Thuja trees advertised as "5'-7' tall". I measured the trees after arrival and the heights varied between 48" to 52". Eventually, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Better Blooms Nursery manager Alyson Smith requested that I upload photos of the trees to her, and I did. The trees were photographed with a ruler next to them. After viewing the photos, Alyson concluded that the trees were of the advertised height because they also calculate the container size in the height of the tree.
