Bob Mills Furniture Unhappy with mattress they gave me and refuse to exchange or return

Bought a mattress at bob mills wichita ks. We have been very unhappy because we will wake up in more pain than when we went to bed.

We have tried to get them to abide by their 90 night policy the store manager is refusing to abide by it, and keeps telling us 10% restocking fee. No matter what we do as well as we had some medication in the bedroom that was there and came up missing after the delivery men left and the store manager keeps blowing us off when we bring it up to him.

In retail the customer satisfaction is supposed to be top priority it seems like all this store manager cares about is his pockets and making his bosses this store manager doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I will never ever buy from bob mills again and recommend nobody ever does so you don't get screwed never buy from them

Bob Mills Furniture Sales promises

On 3/13/16 we ordered a special order sofa and chair to be picked up at Bob Mills Furniture in Oklahoma City. We were told repeatedly that if it wasn't in stock in 28 days it would be FREE numerous times. On 4/20/16 we got a call it was finally in. When we arrived to pick it up they changed the rule and said it had to be delivered. They would not honor there promise

Bob Mills Furniture We got wrong order, but the seller refused to cancel it

My wife ordered two mattresses from Bob Mills Furniture. She has also purchased two recliners, and the seller announced that the delivery would take couple of hours. When the driver arrived, we found out that only one mattress and two wrong recliners were in the van. We rearranged the delivery, while we tested the mattress. We didn’t like it and the owner said that he wouldn’t cancel the order. We got another uncomfortable mattress and two different recliners.
