Bluebell Conveyancing review: Very Dishonest and Incompetent

Bluebell Conveyancing is extremely incompetent and just down right shonky. We had contacted Elaine Daher to perform the convenyancing on our house purchase and were quoted over the phone what seem to be a fair price, but after receiving the cost disclosure from her the price was almost doubled. When questioned about this shonky practice and was told the original price would be charged if we provided a "glowing review" on her preferred website. Bluebell Conyenacing stuffed up what was a very straight forward sales contract and we had to engage the services of a real solicitor to rectify all their negligence, not to mention we almost lost the house we had been looking to purchase which took six months to come across.
Buyer beware, Elaine Daher and Bluebell Conveyancing are a bunch of dishonest shonks and should be shut down!
