Avanquest and Driver-Soft both sell Driver Genius, a computer-driver-update program. However, Avanquest refuses to honor Driver-Soft's promise to provide a free upgrade to the next version within one year and refuses to divulge its relationship to Driver-Soft. Its top managers, Roger Bloxberg, Roger Politis and Bruno Vanryb, have ignored my messages on this issue. Mr. Politis has arrogantly deleted my message without reading it. Avanquest should deal honestly and transparently with its customers.
After installation on both a desktop and laptop the same problems occurred on both. Avanquest customer support has been non-existent. I have never been contacted despite numerous complaints. Calling tech support is even worse as they refuse to admit it might be the product, always saying that it is a computer problem (same problem on both) and refusing to offer help in any way. I have used this product and updates for four years and now this. Bad, bad people.
