I recently had a bad experience with BuyTruckWheels. I ordered some wheels from their website and was disappointed to find out that they use a second-rate LTL freight company that doesn't deliver on time and doesn't answer the phone. When I called the shipping manager to inquire about my order, I was told to "deal with it" and that they couldn't do anything to help me. This was the worst vendor I've ever tried to buy from and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

So, I was looking for some new truck wheels and stumbled upon BuyTruckWheels. I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical at first, but I decided to give them a shot. And boy, am I glad I did!

Overall, my experience with BuyTruckWheels left me feeling like their advertising was a bit of a gimmick. While I can't say for certain whether or not they're a scam, I would advise others to proceed with caution when considering making a purchase from them.

I recently bought some new 22.5" Alcoa wheels and tires for my RV from BuyTruckWheels. When they arrived, I was excited to get them installed and hit the road. However, when I went to get them balanced, I realized that they had forgotten to balance them before shipping them to me. I was a bit frustrated, but when I contacted their customer service team, they were quick to offer a solution. They offered to cover the cost of balancing them at a local shop and even gave me an extra $100 for the inconvenience. I was impressed with their willingness to make things right and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

They said that if I sent them a picture, they would send me a "gift card" as a thank you. I was happy to oblige and sent them a picture. I waited a month and then contacted their customer service team to ask about the gift card. They told me that it "must have gotten lost in the mail" and assured me that they send them out monthly, so I would get it then. I waited another two months, but still no gift card. I emailed them again to ask about it, and they replied with a total brush off. They said that I would get it "when we send them out again" and that they only do it "every so often". I was disappointed with their response and felt like they were disrespecting me as a customer.

Overall, I had a mixed experience with BuyTruckWheels. While I appreciated their willingness to cover the cost of balancing my wheels and their use of my picture in their advertising, I was disappointed with their failure to follow through on their promise of a gift card. I hope that they will improve their customer service in the future and honor their commitments to their customers.

We had a major issue with our front float tire wheel, as it was leaking air and going flat due to a hairline crack. We were in dire need of a quick solution, so we decided to order a replacement wheel from Buy Truck Wheels on a Friday. We paid the regular retail price for the new wheel, along with a premium overnight delivery charge for FedEx, which they suggested we do. The delivery charge was a whopping $255 for weekend delivery.

However, Saturday came and went with no delivery, and even by Sunday afternoon, we were still waiting for our delivery. We decided to call FedEx to inquire about the status of our delivery, and they informed us that the company had actually paid for normal ground delivery of $75. Our order was set to be delivered on Monday, which meant that we would miss a full day of work and pay. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation.

We believe that the salesman should have double-checked our order as it was being processed. It was clear in our communication with him and listed on our invoice that we had paid for the new wheel, along with the charge for overnight delivery. This is a clear example of someone typing up an order with no follow-up, and it has caused us a lot of inconvenience.

We hope that Buy Truck Wheels will get their act together and ensure that such mistakes do not happen in the future. It is important for companies to take responsibility for their actions and ensure that their customers are satisfied with their services. We would not recommend Buy Truck Wheels to anyone who is looking for a reliable and efficient service.

I gotta say, my experience with BuyTruckWheels has been a real nightmare. I was so excited to get my hands on some American Force Direct Bolt Alcoas, but after two weeks of waiting for a shipping date, I had to reach out to them myself. And what did they tell me? They had no idea when they'd be able to ship them out because they were waiting on a shipment from India. And yet, they already had my payment of $2,300!

I was pretty frustrated, but I asked if they had anything similar in stock. They suggested the Northstar brand, so I went with those. They finally shipped them out, and I took them to a rim shop to get them mounted. But then the shop called me to say that BuyTruckWheels had sent the wrong center caps - they were for a Dodge with F 350 wheels! They sent out another set, but those didn't fit either. At that point, I was just done with the spikes and asked for OEM covers instead. I figured they couldn't mess that up, right?

WRONG. They sent the OEM covers, but they forgot to include the hardware that secures them to the lugs. And of course, within an hour of being installed, the front two covers flew off my truck. I was so fed up at that point that I went to Ford to buy the front covers myself for $225. I asked BuyTruckWheels to refund the cost, but all they gave me was $60 - apparently that's what their covers cost.

I mean, come on. They messed up four times and I still got screwed over. I wouldn't recommend BuyTruckWheels to anyone.
