Buyrcs.com is one of many owned by Nicholas M. Friskel, which claim to sell “Legal High” products and “Research Chemicals”. Funny thing is when you click on the products you will be redirected to www.leksirfkcin.com, which I noticed is simply “nick friskel” backwards! This guy is nothing but a ### thief! DO NOT order anything from these sites because if you do nothing will be sent but you will be charged! I am now in the process of disputing a $117 charge that appears on my bank statement as “FRISKELS AT BOARDWALK INDIALANTIC FL” After doing quite a bit of research I found that Friskels at Boardwalk is a registered business in Indialantic FL that sells LED lighting. The owner, Nicholas M. Friskel also claims to offer “SEO services” which explains the lack of information that appears in the Google results when searching for information on Nick Friskel and his many websites. I will be posting this complaint on every site I can find and will do everything in my power to put a stop to this thief!
I placed an order 8/02/12, received email confirmation of that order. The confirmation email stated that I would receive an additional email when order was shipped along with tracking# etc. That email never came. In fact i havent heard from them at all despite the many emails I've sent concerning this order. On 8/04/12 the funds were withdrawn from my account. Like most banks and CC companies my bank requires the seller to confirm shipment before releasing funds. Knowing this, I assumed that my order had been shipped...not the case unfortunately. I found Nick Friskels cell phone number that he had listed on an unrelated site and on 8/13/12 I gave him a call. He stumbled and stuttered and said that he just received the shipment and all orders were going out that day and said I would have it the next day (8/14/12) as he was going to send it overnight. Nothing came, and to be honest I knew it wouldn't... Buybathsalts.org (another one of his websites) has some bull**it breaking news posted on the top about how his website will be seized by authorities on 8/14/12 and that all orders will be refunded along with $20 "for the bull**it"! If he wasnt able to ship his customers orders because had been "raided" as he claimed to be in a response to my original complaint (posted on another site) than why would he process payments for goods he didn't have? Additionally, if he has no "product" than why is it still possible to order and pay for items from buyrcs.com?This guy is about as sketchy as they come... I for one can not stand thieves and liars. I work hard for my money and I plan to get every penny back... And I won't stop until I do.

ATTN: Nick Friskel will steal your money flat out. He has no product. He lies and will stall you. Don't make the same mistake I did!
He'll pay. One way or another. I too have been ripped off by this ###. Just filed fraud papers with my bank. I wrote to one of nick's many sites expressing my concern because of shady comments read on here. A response was immediate telling me it's all ### and he's open for business and selling more than what he has listed, to just let him know what I want or need. He's still stealing from people and will continue to do so until he's in jail, which won't take long. Keep complaining and keep filing fraud charges. We'll get the ###er. Don't mess with recreational users. They're smarter and easier to piss off than you Nicky. I promise you, you'll get what's coming.
When you type bathsaltsdrug.com, it directs you to another site anhi.com. One more site ready to scam.
As of now, he has not paid. Will keep you posted if he does end up paying.
He does not even pay his writers. Do not trust this man, comes up with different versions and cons you.
I too ordered about a month ago same thing gave me a confirmation nunmber every time i called o never got anybody but o plan on getting my money back too.

I had been very leery just viewing his websites. Nothing seems to flow correctly. Very unprofessional to use your name spelled backwards as a domain name. I thank you for elaborating. The current situation has left many customers, myself included, with no where to turn. This has brought on an "instant scam" market. Makes me sick. I guess that's what we have to deal with playing this game though. Ill miss WickedHerbals.com. No BS. Quantity, Address, Credit Card, and it would arrive 3 days later.
I was thinking of ordering from the previously stated website. Could you give anymore details on your transaction? when did you place your order? Has it been a week, month, year? Or is it possible that the product you were attempting to purchase is banned in your area? If you truly have been taken advantage of then I understand your complaint. However, with such little detail in your review how can you expect other possible victims to make a well informed decision? I'm not asking for you S.S.# and Mothers Maiden Name, but a few more details certainly would be appreciated.
