Buy Bliss review: Skin tag & mole remover

On Dec 11, 2022, I bought this Mole remover for $59.99 and when I looked at my Dec credit card statement, they charged me the $ 59.99 and $199.88. So, I called them, and they said I signed up for a membership. They would only refund me $100.00, and I thought at the time whatever. But then I looked at my January statement and they Charged me another $199.88. So, I called them, and they said if I returned the product they would refund, and I did. But when I called them and them to get the transaction credited, they refused and told me that I needed some kind of return number, and they wouldn't refund me. When I pushed pay now, the receipt just said (Thanks for your order. I didn't have any confirmation of the amount they were charging me. I got no confirmation email. It is such a scam. I'm now out of any product because I returned everything and I'm out $359.75. I am just devastated about this. Please someone needs to stop this company. I have spent so much time trying to take care of this and my credit card company couldn't help me. They said it was a valid transaction, but it wasn't.
