Business EIN review: A portion my irs tax refund balances

Business EIN P02217552 business conducted my 2021 Tax return and failed to send me the balance of the taxes to me. A portion was sent and a Total of $3,510 was withheld in a false claim. She Zelle only $5,000 back to my bank account and claims she owes me nothing else. MingMing is the only person I spoke with about my taxes from this business and she lied that I am harassing her and her staff for my money. She called me at midnight and asked me not to get any third party involved in the issue. I have no agreement with her for her to withhold the balance of my taxes and she cursed me out and promised threatened me over the phone that She will make sure that I do not get back any money. She went ahead and also did an Adjustment which the IRS notified me about and I did not know anything about any adjustment that she did without my knowledge.

The Police officers notified me today of your office to report this business and seek your help for further assistance. I am seeing your assistance in resolving this issue and I am also working with IRs who asked me to file a Misconduct claim about the problems.
