A company with such great potential but lacking in principal or at least 'GOOD Principal'. The company was purchased by a gentleman from IRAN and this guy has saved the company from bankruptcy but does not understand the American way. I went to this location in Clarksville Tn and was suprised by how filthy this store was. To make a long story short I went with my son and while we were eating a black manager came to our table. His name tag said LANE MCCRAY, he kept talking to us and obviously flirting with my son. My son although 19 was not equipted to handle a man flirting with him. I had to finally tell Mr Lane that he was ruining our dining experience and he left our table. later on I asked to for the GM and a young lady that looked very untidy with a nasty wig came to our table and she responded to my complaint with 'I'll handle it and walked off'. I will never go back to any Steaknshake and I highly reccomend that everyone avoid this chain like the PLAGUE!

I laugh at this lack luster attempt to defame Lane McCray. Anyone who knows Lane knows this is an out and out lie. Anyone who has worked for this restaurant knows that "Nigle" is a disgruntled former manger who was fired for theft in inappropriate behavior with employees both male and female. It's sad that this little man has nothing better to do with his time than fabricate lies... please pay this eater of spinach no mind. We know who you are little man.
The Manager is Lane Mccray formely of La Bouche the Eurodance group which was big in germany in the 1990's . Give the guy a brake he lost his dear friend Melanie Thornton in a terrible plane Crash if i was in his store I would shake his hand and get his autograph God Bless him
The not-so-thinly-veiled racism really makes one sympathetic to your concerns.
