Went through the drive through with a coupon and the women at the window answered with a "sigh" and her exact words were " really at this time..ugh Ok go ahead with your order" I asked for for no ketchup and she got upset that she had to start the order completely over. She had a tag stating she was the assistant manager her name was Dawn. She was so rude and so unprofessional. Then we got to the window and she was upset that we asked for no ketchup and said it to our face. Absolutely ridiculous service. This location has been going down hill for months but this will be the last visit for us.
