Burger Kingnot what I ordered. not answering phone, no survey code to complain

I just ordered through drive thru and of course I checked to make sure all items were accounted for yet I didnt open it to see what was on the sandwiches. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and on receipt it clearly stated and I paid for a bacon cheeseburger. So I try calling for 40min no answer and then decide to do the survey yet no survey code so I cant that either.

This is ridiculous. So if we hold up the line from now on to open every single sandwich you all can not complain as a company nor ask me to move to the side while my food is getting prepared.
