Burger King - being given an incorrect order... again!!

This happened on 3-16-19 at approximately 9:40-9:45am. I ordered a BACON, egg, and cheese Croissanwich, with a 3 pc french toast stix. Well, when I opened it for lunch, I found that it was SAUSAGE, NOT Bacon! I go to BK specifically because I prefer their breakfasts sandwiches over the competitors, but you don't serve past 10:30 am, (I like to have the sandwiches for lunch sometimes) which makes me have to get up earlier than necessary just to race to BK, before breakfast is over. The least they could do, would be to give me the thing that I asked for. You offer 3 different meats for a reason! So, here I sit, with no lunch, because I don't like sausage.

This is the 4th time that this has happened at THIS BK. If the girl in the window and the person on the other side of the restaurant, hadn't been debating about something, I might have gotten my correct order. This has happened 3 times with them giving me sausage, when I asked for BACON, and the other time, was when I ordered chicken fries, only to get home and find that I had received the JALAPENO chicken fries. They were for my granddaughter, so I wasn't very happy with that, because they were too spicy for her, but again, I didn't know it, until we got home.

I don't know WHO isn't reading, or SENDING the orders correctly, but SOMEONE is not paying attention, however, this same woman always seems to be at the window when this happens, and she is always yelling to someone across the room when she opens the drive thru window. I don't need to hear her conversation, I need her to get my ORDER RIGHT!

I'm not going to bother going there anymore, as I am tired of incorrect orders. I should not have to sit at the window to check my order before I leave, for accuracy, when that is THEIR job! People usually go to the drive thru because they are in a hurry, so having to sit there to check your order before you pull away, is really unacceptable. The only resolution that I would like to see, is for them to give their customers what they ORDER, not just what they throw in the bag, because they are not paying attention. Thank you so much for your time.
