Burger King

I go there every morning to get hash browns and when I get b.c. them th hey are vfc usually soft but sometimes they are crunchy but most often they are soft and I tell them about it but it never gets fixed or corrected can you please do something or say something to the higher ups please thanks. And also they are not golden brown or taste good when they do come out golden brown and crunchy it means my morning is going to be awesome but if it's not that means it's going in the trash and I'm going to stay hungry until lunchtime please help please.

Hi I own a handicap van with a ramp and every time I come here there is a handicap scooter parked right where the ramp comes down please can you do something about this because I don't pretty sure they can walk if they leave the scooter parked there and walk inside me on the other hand I can't walk this is why I need a van with a ramp I tried telling the manager but they have not done anything about it so I'm trying to handle it the right way . I come here every day and the scooter is there.
