This website, Bulk Accounts Buy, is a total scam. I bought some accounts from them and they turned out to be fake. Not only that, but I found out that they were just reselling accounts that had already been sold to someone else. I would definitely not recommend this website to anyone. Stay away from it if you don't want to waste your money.

i bought some accounts from bulkaccountsbuy.com and i gotta say, it was a bit of a mixed bag. on the one hand, the prices were pretty good and the process of buying the accounts was pretty easy. but on the other hand, there were some issues that i ran into that made it a bit frustrating.

This website is a total scam! I tried to buy some yahoo.com accounts from them and they sent them to me, but after a few days, all the accounts disappeared. I lost my money and I'm really upset about it. I don't know if they changed the emails or just deleted them, but either way, it's not safe to buy accounts from this website.
