Bulbsnblooms review: Trees purchased and they ended up being dead sticks.

I purchased what was supposed to be sawtooth oak trees and when they arrived, they were approximately 6 inches tall. I went ahead and planted them and nothing happened. I contacted the seller and he said they were dormant and needed time to grow. I gave them 4 to 5 months and still nothing happened. I contacted the seller again and he said he would refund my money but I never received any refund. Before and after photos of the supposed trees are enclosed.
