I bought the Bulb Enema Syringe Order No. ES19178 for $99.99 and when I received it I immediately sealed the box back up with my letter regarding the item and a request for a refund for $99.99. I felt that the item mentioned was too big for me and that it may not be safe for me.
I never saw a return policy of never giving back a refund for any of their items sold to the customer. However, they do state that they will try to make the problem better by giving a substitute or replacing any broken item send.
If this is the case, then they can resend me the Bulb Enema Syringe Order No. ES19178 and I will be satisfied. If they will not then they have broken their contract to they customer of customer service and satisfaction. Please help me in this matter of either a refund for $99.99 or the return of the item Order No. ES19178.
