Builders' Warehouse review: Kwikot trendline 150l geyser

Purchased geyser in Jan 2021; received delivery within three days. The unit operated without issues until April 2023. Excessive outflow noted from catch tray efflux. Further investigation confirmed profuse water leaks from several sites on the outer case joints of the unit.

The customer service desk was notified by e-mail; received a response wherein I was advised to contact the supplier to schedule an assessment. Responses from Builders' was forwarded to the supplier; however, after successive attempts proved unsuccessful, I reverted to Builders'. Last communication was sent on 28 April 2023, and hitherto no reply.
