I was in BWW Atlantic today. I requested a to go box from Danielle and never received it. When I saw her again and attempted to follow up on my request she was extremely rude in her response. She stated to me that as a manager she had 15 other things to deal with aside me and then told me "good luck with that...," And then went on to say "I went from the top of her priority list to the bottom" referring to my request. As a regular customer I have to admit I was overly offended by this action and somewhat discoraged about returning.
