Buffalo Wild Wings review: most of my 11/17 visit

My husband, family friend and I went for supper to BWW. Got taken upstairs even though I was obviously having a hard time getting up the steps. The "hostess" saw me struggle but didn't offer to save me the struggle of climbing stairs even tho there were open tables in the main seating area. Ordered drinks. Pepsi was mostly carbonation so asked for new glass. I ordered small traditional with the fries and coleslaw (or so I thought) but the menus were confusing. Took awhile to get food but not a major deal. Brought me snack size traditional with parm garlic sauce and no fries or coleslaw. I asked about this and was told I didn't order anything but wings. I thought I would know what I would expect to get. Sent snack size back (total of 4 wings) and got my small. Had 9 wings on it, 8 of which were the middle joint of the wings. Really? Not much meat on that part, but I didn't understand why only one of them was the meatier 1st joint. Whatever. Ate my miniscule wings and this along with the other 2 meals was over $50. Waitress brought the bill to the table. Came back a few minutes later and asked for the money for the bill. SHE STOOD THERE AND WAITED FOR ME TO GET THE MONEY OUT AT THAT MOMENT. Who does that? It's rude and made me uncomfortable. The music was way too loud as I had to yell at my husband who was sitting right next to me, just so he could hear what I tried to say. Horrible experience and I will not go back to that location for sure. I spent too much money there to be treated like that.
