So, I gotta say, I wrote a review about BudgetHomeKits a while back and it wasn't too kind. I was pretty bummed out about their service, but I gotta give credit where credit is due - things have definitely improved since then. I've been working with them recently and they've been a lot more pleasant to deal with. I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot if you're in the market for a home kit.

My experience with Budget Home Kits was really good. I never built a house before, so it was a bit of a learning curve for me. But the folks at Budget Home Kits were really patient and helpful throughout the whole process. At first, my friends and family thought I was crazy for trying to build a house myself, but they were soon won over by the quality of the materials and the workmanship.

There was one small issue with a missing part, but it was quickly identified and shipped to us. The straight walls and the confidence in the steel structure were really impressive. It was fun to put together, kind of like a big steel Lego set. All the parts fit together really well and were amazingly well-engineered. We got a lot of compliments on the finished product.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Budget Home Kits to anyone who is looking to build their own home. It was a great experience and I'm really happy with the end result. So if you're thinking about it, go for it!

I've been trying to get in touch with BudgetHomeKits for quite some time now, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them yet. I've tried emailing them and calling them multiple times, but it seems like they're too busy to even acknowledge my interest in their home kit. I mean, seriously, how short-handed can they be that they can't even respond to a potential customer?

Their voicemail message says that they're short-handed, but it's been months and I still haven't heard anything from them. It's frustrating to say the least. I think they should take down their website and record a new voicemail message that reflects their actual customer service capabilities. Something like, "BudgetHomeKits here, please leave a message and we'll get back to you... eventually."

I'm really disappointed with their lack of response. I was really interested in their home kit, but now I'm not so sure. It's a shame because I was hoping to do business with them, but it seems like they don't need my business after all. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this company. They obviously don't value their potential customers.

I did some research on BudgetHomeKits and tried to find their location on the map, but I couldn't locate them. Maybe I'm not that good at using the internet, but that's okay. I made a mistake with my email address, but they were quick to correct it for me. I called them a few times and they called me back promptly. The person I spoke with was very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain to me why they were delayed in returning my call. I understand that it's a tough time for businesses, especially those that have to work with external vendors to complete their processes. Despite this, they provided me with all the information I needed and helped me get started with the process. I gotta say, I tried to reach out to BudgetHomeKits (https://www.budgethomekits.com/) a few times, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I filled out their "contact us" form on their website twice and even sent them an email straight to their inbox. It's been over a week now, and I still haven't received any response from them, not even in my spam folder. I'm not too keen on talking to them on the phone because I have some basic questions about their products that I want to have in writing, just in case there are any disputes later on.

I know some folks have given them great reviews, and that's cool. But for me, I'm not feeling it. I'm taking them off my list of potential vendors for my home construction project. Honestly, I wish I could give them zero stars because they didn't provide me with any value during my research.

Just so you know, I made sure to put in my contact info correctly, and I didn't even get an automated message saying they received my inquiry. It's a bummer, but what can you do?

I mean, who doesn't want to save some cash, right? But we were also a little nervous - what if their claims were too good to be true?
Well, I'm happy to report that they weren't! Our new home is amazing, and we never could have afforded anything like it with any other option. We did our homework and looked at all our options, but Budget Home Kits was the best choice for us.
Now, I won't lie - it does take some work. But if you pay attention to what you're doing and follow their building methods step by step, it's totally doable. And the best part? Their guy was there to help us every step of the way. We even became friends! Or at least, it felt like we did. The people at Budget Home Kits are super friendly and helpful, even after the sale. And when they say something, they mean it - which is pretty rare these days.
So yeah, we definitely recommend Budget Home Kits. Thanks for everything!

Me and my wife, we bought one of them steel home kits from BudgetHomeKits.com. We did a lot of research, but we went with Budget Home Kits 'cause their homes let you put it together yourself without too much costly help.

So, here's my Budget Home Kits review:

We got ourselves a 2,800 sq ft home from them. We was real concerned about the price, so we got one of their Overstock kits. It came about a month later and they even gave us an orientation when they got there. I gotta say, I was real relieved when they delivered the home kit. It just didn't seem real to me until I saw all of the steel.

Once we got started, it took about two or three weeks to put together the outer shell of the home. My nephew helped me with this part. Then we moved on to the inside of the house. We did almost everything ourselves inside too. Budget Home Kits gave us all the interior plans, but we still got to choose our flooring, cabinets, fixtures, etc. My wife really shopped for bargains since we was on a tight budget. When it was all said and done, we was able to get the kit and finish our home for far less than if we had built a stick-frame home or if we had bought another steel home kit which require lots of contractors (and lots of money spent). The ability to put it together myself was the real money saver. And being able to pay-as-I-go for the interior finish out kept me from needing a 30 year loan.

I don't know if Budget Home Kits is for everyone. But it was certainly for us. Very rewarding and made us feel like pioneers. Beautiful home. Would do it again.
