Like others that have described their problematic divorce attorneys charging too much and losing everything, I have the same complaint. Brian Cantrell paces back and forth in the hallway in front of the courtroom like a kid in trouble at school. Did not know the judge anywhere near like my ex wife's attorney and I lost $25,000 to his fees, 15,000 to my ex wife's fess, a $350,000 fully paid for home, $100,000 in cash, 1 car, all house contents (possessions from birth to age 52 including all personal documents i.e.: SS Card, Drivers LIC., military and medical records, approx. $8000 of tools, and I have to pay my physically abusive ex wife (submitted multiple audios, videos and photos as proof) $1000 a month for 10 years for alimony. I also have the black stain of a false domestic violence injunction recognized by the court online but dismissed because the injunction is heard by the court after the divorce is final and it always gets dismissed by the judge (fight the injunction first then file for divorce after the injunction is upheld or dismissed). I am now a homeless disabled veteran with dementia! Poor living in the woods or couch surfing from relative to relative, and Brian Cantrell of Buckmaster and Ellzey thinks this was a good deal.

I got the clothes on my back, almost 20 year old truck, $62,000 in cash, a guitar I cannot play anymore and benefits for health, dental and vision I cannot use in my situation. I paid for everything with my disability pay, and my wife did not want to work. Just so you know, I paid for her nursing and real estate education, hoping she would make money so we could grow old and take care of each other. You cannot force your wife to work. We do not have children, she lost twins and elected to get a surgical hysterectomy at 32.

Do not hire this law firm, and I hope you never have Brian Cantrell/Buckmaster Ellzey represent you for criminal or divorce. You will lose everything

Desired outcome: refund of $25,000 for your services, $15,000 for wife's fees and $8,000
