Bswift Health Benefits review: To have the exact same benefits as last year but just to add my husband

This company is contracted to carry out the implementation of fleetcor technologies employees health care elections. They has lied and manipulated to cover up an error on their end about my 2023 benefit elections. This has been going on since november 2022. 3 conference calls between anthem the insurance provider, bswift the administrator of the elected benefits and myself. I have escalated this issue via my own companies hr department and there is a disconnect somewhere. All that was supposed to happen is that I keep my benefits the same as previous years and just add my new husband to my medical policy. They completely changed my policy! I should have: ppo gold... They changed it to an hsa. No one my age would elect this kind of plan at 62 when things start to break down. Help me please
