air conditioner has not been working since I bought the car from brown daub kia in easton. pa
The dealer is located at 3600 William Penn Highway in Easton, Pa [protected] I have had my 2012 ford escape down to them for today is the 5th time .. The air conditioner in the vehicle has not worked properly since I bought it .. When I put the air on it sometimes blows hot air ... They will take it and say it is " fixed " and then a week or two later it does it again ... And I am tiered of paying the the full deductable or part of it ( they paid $100 ) one time once ( paid $100 ) this is getting I live 30 minutes away .. at this point the complete cooling system should be replaced ... That is why i paid for the extended warrenty ...
no calls back, problems with car
I purchased a car 2o1o kia forte koup, in August of 2010, had the car for 1 month the windshield broke, they would not cover it. Have been having problems with the radio, they said that they tightend the plug. and yesturday, my husband was driving to work, and the air bag light came on, was on for a few minutes and went off.
when i purchased the car, we were told we bought the base model, the sales man lied to us, we infact did not purchase the base model. I had to call the dealer ship the next day, because the owners manual was not in the glove box like the dealer claimed, and had to fight to get one, they gave us the owners manual and tire warrenty papers for the next trim up from mine. we have called and complained to the managers, they said they would call us back, and yet over a month later and still no calls back. i do not know what the warrenty for my tires are or any information on them.
I will NEVER recommed this dealer to any one else!

I read your review and I think it was an isolated incident. I had a minor scratch after buying a new forte there (I bought it at night and didn't see the scratch) but I called the next day and talked to the manager because my salesman was off that day. He said "no problem" without hesitation and had me come down after work. I stopped by and 15 minutes later it was fixed, they even filled my gas tank because I had to come back down (very thoughtful). I also noticed they have a direct phone line to the owner, so if you had a problem I'm sure you could have or still can call him. I met him and he seemed very hands on. I love my salesman Chris M, I followed him to this store after he left the honda dealer!
