Brinkshome review: Cancel remaining service/contract. We are not asking for a refund although we deserve one.

For more than one year, brinkshome has harassed us with multiple statements every month, despite our on-time payments. We have tried numerous times to resolve the issue by contacting customer service with zero success. After realizing we don't even use their services and the inability to resolve the multiple statement issue, we tried to cancel their service and they refused. I have asked to speak with account managers and have been denied, I was told the account managers would say the same thing customer service was telling me, instead of transferring me so I could hear it myself.
