Brightest Tech Gadgets To review: I desire to get full refund even if it means shipping back the cheap product made in China

I received an email says it was a survey by Sams Club and was offering a free prize for answering. In exchange you could pick your prize and all I would pay is for shipping and handling of about 5$. It seemed reasonable in exchange for a massage gun.

I saw a bank charge of the 5.96$ but then few weeks later from the same company I saw a random charge of 63.71$ I called to complain and they said ai was enrolled in a membership plan. For what? I relayed that I was offered a massage gun for filling out a survey for Sam Club how is this a voluntary membership I enrolled in does not make any sense and told them they were a scam! again they did not listen to me. Please help!
