Brent Brown Toyota Scion review: Service not what I ever expected

Bought a new car from the place. I came back a month later with an appointment to install my clear protection paint coat on the bumper they forgot about me and they said no one could help me this was on 2023. The fast forward to today I scheduled an appointment went up to there receptionist and she told me no one was in to do this. I told her this was scheduled with Ryan she calls him up. He asked me who scheduled this with you? I told him you did over text message. So not only once was I forgot about but the second time too. He ends up saying I will get one of my guys on it today. So I was all happy finally this was going to get done. Then when they come back and get me I look at the bumper that's what I wanted done in the first place they ended up doing my hood. I told Ryan it was agreed that you would do my bumper because anyone can put plastic over a hood. He ended up telling me well I do not know what to tell you at this point. I said can you take my car back and do the area I paid for. He told me his guy left and they won't be doing this for me. I asked if I could reschedule to get my bumper done and he said well we did the hood and I don't know what to tell you. It's like he did not even want to fix this and make it right. They were also supposed to fix my headliner because there was an orange mark on the drivers side and they scrubbed it off ruining my new headliner for my 2023 Prius. Attached is what they did to my headliner making it even worse. I have been trying to get this fixed since last year. I have always bought Toyota vehicles but this is by far my worse and only experience I have ever had. I miss going to Toyota in Scottsdale Arizona they actually do what you pay for. I honestly was hoping they would fix everything today but they won't help me. I usually give every business five stars but I can’t for this one till they fix everything.
