Braum's review: Drive through

Two days ago, We went through the drive through of store #166 and ordered the strawberry/sesame seed salad and when we got home there was no sesame seed dressing. We had to go back to get the dressing and the manager was sorry, gave us two packets and we left.
We noticed the kitchen and dinning area was filthy - kitchen floor messy and counters with ice cream spills all over the counter. We should mention that they were very busy, not watching their cleanliness and not watching the separation of space for customers, but all had masks on. We are senior citizens and did not want to g inside, but it didn't work out that way.

The manager appeared to be young and with little experience.

In the past, this store was run by very good managers and has been a number one store and our store to go too.

We trust you will correct this situation soon and become a good store again.
